When your item has been purchased and you have received confirmation from Hewi of the buyer's payment, please post the item via a tracked (we recommend insured also) shipping service. It's important that you then update the tracking information in your account so we can share it with the buyer. Please mark your item as shipped ONLY when it has been shipped and a tracking number is available, this informs both buyer and Customer Care. Please check messages and emails regularly.
Providing that the item has been delivered and no issue has been raised by the buyer, payment will be processed 7 days (14 for intercontinental shipping) after the marked shipping date.
