Once a sale has been confirmed, you have 72 hours to send the item to the buyer.
If you are unable to send the item within that timeframe, please message the buyer and email customercare@hardlyeverwornit.com to let them know.
If you do not send the item within 72 hours, the sale may be cancelled and the buyer reimbursed.
If you are on holiday and you have submitted your holiday dates, your sale will not be cancelled, unless you or the buyer request it.
Remember, the quicker you send your item, the sooner you will be paid.
