Items should be posted within three days of payment for an order.
We ask sellers to send orders using a tracked delivery service, in case any packages go missing while on their way to you. When the tracking information is available, you will receive an email from us confirming the details. You can also check this by going to My Account > Orders and selecting the order you are waiting to be delivered.
After three days, if you have not received any emails from us and can't see tracking information get in touch with our team who will be able to help. They are available on Live Chat or email: email@example.com.
