However, there are a couple of options, depending on whether or not you have purchased an item which is 'Managed by Hewi'.
If you bought an item from an independent seller, you can contact them directly to see if they are happy to cancel the sale.
If they have already posted the item to you, then you may still have to pay for the shipping and also the cost of returning the item to the seller, if they accept returns.
