Once an order is placed, payment does not go directly to the seller. It stays with Hewi until we know everything is as it should be.
We do this so if there is a problem with the delivery or the item it's quick and easy for us to resolve and arrange a refund if needed.
You have seven days from the date the item was posted to let us know about any problems, something which is part of the Hewi T&Cs.
If you have marked your item as received or not contacted the team at Hewi within seven days of receiving the item being posted (within the UK), we'll make payment to the seller.
If an item is being posted from one continent to another, the seller will be paid after 14 days.
